IMPLEMENTING PRINCE2™ PROJECT

The adoption of a standard project management methodology across an organisation can encounter some significant challenges. The use of a PRINCE Implementation Project (PIP) not only addresses all of the issues associated with implementation but also demonstrates the commitment that the organisation has made to the new methodology.

Rational Management has developed an implementation framework based upon our experience in assisting many organisations to implement PRINCE2™.

The framework is tailored to the individual requirements of the organisation. The PIP framework can encompass:
