Background

Rational Management was formed in June 1983 and commenced as a management consulting service. In 1998 Rational Management began delivering PRINCE2™ related services and later became a PRINCE2™ Accredited Training Organisation.

The company has since delivered over 800 training courses to some 8000 participants and many thousands of hours of consulting support and training courses to state and federal government departments and a wide range of commercial and industrial organisations in Australia and overseas.

Rational Management maintains a core staff of trainers and consultants as well as an extensive network of associates. The company therefore has a depth of resources that enables selection of the most effective personnel to match the specific needs of clients as well as being able to assemble consortia for larger assignments. International accreditation with the APM Group in the UK enables alliances with similar organisations in several countries.

Facilities

Rational Management has its own training facilities at 1 Collins Street Melbourne. In other states our regular training locations are close to the CBD.

In House Courses

All of Rational Management's courses are available to be delivered on-site.
Number of participants: Usual maximum is 15.
Training facilities required for in-house courses are:

• An appropriately sized training room with screen or suitable wall (we can arrange venue bookings if required)
• Whiteboard plus two flip charts with easels
• If possible, two separate break-out rooms or areas for syndicate work
• A Datashow or Litepro projector and screen (can be supplied, at additional, cost if required).
• Tea/Coffee and meal facilities for the participants as required.
