PRINCE2™ Project Management Methodology Course This is a popular course, designed to provide the knowledge and skills required to work comfortably in a PRINCE2 environment. The PRINCE2 Foundation Exam, (the first of the two PRINCE2 qualifications) is held at the end of the third day. PRINCE2™ Self Study Course This course is the same as the 3 day Project Management Methodology Course however this course is a self-study approach (with email support) that should take the participant approximately 24 hours to complete the study and exercises. Participants can then register for the PRINCE2™ Self-Study Foundation Exam Session (1 hour) on this website.	In your own time	$995 inc GST
PRINCE2™ Practitioner Preparation & Exam (Self Study) This self-study course assists the participant to prepare themselves for the PRINCE2™ Practitioner exam (included), the higher level of the internationally recognised PRINCE2™ project management qualification. On registering, the participant receives a Practitioner Exam Study Pack, which includes detailed study guidance material, a sample exam, and a copy of the Rational Management POTENT (Practitioner Objective Testing Exam Navigation Tool), as well as receiving a spreadsheet Exam Answer Booklet for email based marking of the sample exam questions. PRINCE2™ Practitioner Re-Registration Preparation and Exam (Self Study) This self-study course assists the participant to prepare themselves for the 1 hour PRINCE2™ Practitioner Re-Registration exam (included) to maintain Registered Practitioner status that expires after 5 years. On registering, the participant receives a Practitioner Exam Study Pack, which includes detailed study guidance material, a sample exam, and a copy of the Rational Management POTENT (Practitioner Objective Testing Exam Navigation Tool), as well as receiving a spreadsheet Exam Answer Booklet for email based marking of the sample exam questions. Express Project Management Methodology Course Express Project Method is a tailored project management method intended for medium and smaller projects or for team leaders within larger projects. It is based upon the internationally recognised PRINCE2™ methodology and participants are eligible to attend a 1 day upgrade course to gain formal PRINCE2™ accreditation if required.
