Confirmation
Approximately 14 days prior to the commencement date of the course being attended Rational Management will send candidates a confirmation email advising venue details and attendance arrangements. Please acknowledge receipt of this email to ensure your place on the course is reserved.
Cancellations and Deferrals
If you cannot attend the course you are registered for please advise us as soon as possible. Substitutes are welcome (at no additional charge) if eligible to attend the course - please advise us of substitute details.
Cancellation or Deferrals of a course registration incurs a cancellation fee as follows:
Notification on or later than 14 days prior to course commencement date - 10% of total fee
Notification on or later than 7 days prior to course commencement date - 20% of total fee
Notification within 24 hours of course commencement date - 100% of total fee
Due to the high administrative cost of repeat deferrals Rational Management has a policy of allowing only one (1) deferral with a three (3) month maximum deferral period for Practitioner examinations and (2) deferrals for Foundation exams (exceptions are at the discretion of Rational Management).
In the case of a Deferral - where a new course date is not nominated - Rational Management reserves the right to:
a) Cancel the registration and invoice, if the invoice has not been paid at the time of deferral. Candidates would need to re-register for future courses; or
b) Place the registration 'On-Hold' if the invoice has been paid at the time of deferral. On hold registrations will be subject to any increases in fees between the original invoice date and the date of course attendance, and the difference in fees must be paid no later than 14 days prior to the date of actual course attendance. On hold registrations will be maintained for one (1) year from the original invoice date, following which payment will be forfeited. Candidates must provide a minimum of 21 days notice when re-booking an attendance date.
If Rational Management cancels a course for any reason participants will be notified as early as possible, and will endeavour to re-place participants on alternate suitable courses. Rational Management accepts no liability for course cancellation beyond full refund of any paid fees.
Course Inclusions
Rational Management public course attendees are supplied with comprehensive course manuals and/or materials relevant to the course being undertaken, morning and afternoon tea/coffee and a light lunch (if applicable to the course format being presented).
