PRINCE2™ Project Management Methodology Course
This is a popular course, designed to provide the knowledge and skills required to work comfortably in a PRINCE2 environment. The PRINCE2 Foundation Exam, (the first of the two PRINCE2 qualifications) is held at the end of the third day. No prior knowledge is required to sit this course.

PRINCE2™ Practitioner Revision & Exam
The workshop assists the participant to prepare themselves for
the PRINCE2™ Practitioner exam, the higher level of an
internationally recognised project management qualification. On
registering, the participant receives a Practitioner Exam Study
Pack, which includes detailed exam guidance material, previous
exam papers, worked examples and a trial exam. Feedback on
participants answers to the sample questions will be provided.
Participants must have previously passed the Foundation exam.

PRINCE2™ Express Course
PRINCE2™ Express is a tailored project management method
intended for medium and smaller projects or for team leaders
within larger projects. It is based upon the internationally
recognised PRINCE2™ methodology and participants are eligible
to attend a 1 day upgrade course to gain formal PRINCE2™
accreditation if required. No prior knowledge is required.
