Payment
Credit Card: Please phone (03) 9654 0142 or fax your card details to (03) 9682 3065 (a tax invoice will be issued).
Rational Management accepts: Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
You will need to provide: Name of Card Holder, Card Number, Expiry Date and $Amount
**Please note that a credit card service fee (AMEX 3%, Others 1.5%) will be added to the amount.
Cheque: Please send a cheque to Rational Management at Level 2, 1 Collins Street, Melbourne 3000 no later than 2 weeks before the course start date. Your course booking will not be confirmed until the cheque has been received by Rational Management. Invoice: A tax invoice payable in 30 days may be issued to pre-approved account customers only.
Terms and Conditions for Course Registration
Registrations
On receipt of your registration and payment or purchase order (pre-approved accounts) an acknowledgement of registration will be sent by email.
Approximately 14 days before the course commencement date you will receive confirmation advice on course venue and times. Invoices and Payment
A Tax Invoice will be issued on receipt of payment or purchase order. Payment may be made by cheque, funds transfer or credit card.
Credit card payments incur a service fee of 1.5% for Visa and MasterCard. 3% for American Express. We do not accept Diners Club.
Registrations for pre-approved corporate and government accounts require a purchase order and are invoiced on 30 day payment terms.
Invoices for non-account customers must be paid in full 14 days prior to course commencement. Cancellations and Deferrals
If you cannot attend the course you registered for please advise us as soon as possible.
Substitutes are welcome (at no cost) but please advise us of substitute details.
Cancellation or deferral of a course registration incurs a cancellation fee as follows:
Later than 14 days before the course commencement date - 10%
Later than 7 days before the course commencement date - 20%
Later than 24 hours before the course commencement date - 100%
If Rational Management cancels a course for any reason the participants will be notified as early as possible. The only liability accepted by Rational Management in these circumstances is a full refund of fees paid.
Course Inclusions
In-house courses include comprehensive course manuals, document templates (if applicable), morning and afternoon tea/coffee and a light lunch. Please advise us if special meals are required.
The PRINCE2™ Project Methodology Course and the Foundation Upgrade Course include the PRINCE2™ Foundation Exam (a 1 hour multiple choice exam with 75 questions).
The PRINCE2™ Practitioner Exam and Coaching Day includes the PRINCE2™ Practitioner Exam (a 3 hour open book written exam based on application of PRINCE2™ to a given scenario). Note that a pass in the Foundation exam is a pre-requisite to registration for this service.
Timing and Location
Course times are usually 8:30am to 4:30pm each day.
Public courses are conducted either at our own training centre (Melbourne) or at CBD training venues in other cities.
